Virtual Assistant Training
Thanks so much for your interest in our Virtual Assistant Training!
What does a VA Do?
A virtual assistant can offer a wide range of services to clients depending on their skill set: customer support, responding to emails, answering phone calls, data entry, creating Excel spreadsheets or PowerPoint slides; posting blog content or setting up your email newsletter; transcriptions services, invoice services, calendar management, and travel arrangements and so on!
How do you get started?

STEP #1:
This article will be helpful in your journey to becoming a freelancing virtual assistant:
If you’re interested in becoming a virtual assistant here’s a couple of starting questions:
-
Have you ever worked with a client virtually before?
-
What skills do you have or are interested in learning so you can provide that service to a client?
If you have never worked with a virtual client I’m going to point you in the direction of Elance or another job board of your choice and here’s why:
Why I Recommend Job Boards To Start Your Career As A Virtual Assistant

STEP #2:
We also have a free training available for immediate download:
In the last few weeks I’ve had clients ask me for recommendations for someone to do transcriptions, PowerPoint presentations, and virtual assistant work.
Do you know each week at least 2 of my clients are looking for someone who can take a particular task off their hands?
Do you know my clients are advised through mentoring programs that if it’s something they cannot figure out in an hour to outsource it? They’re also advised to outsource task that they are not good at and to focus on their strengths.

STEP #3:
The next step is our course where I teach you how to write a winning proposal:
As Virtual Hired Hand has grown over the years, we’ve come to realize exactly why our proposals got first rate attention from client after client. Truth be told, when you keep your focus on what the clients want and not what you want, you’ve overcome a good portion of the hurdle.
In this training, you’ll learn:
-
How to write in order to get the attention of prospective clients.
-
How to determine your bid amount for projects.
-
The importance of setting aside time for researching and bidding so you don’t overwhelm your schedule.
This course will give you confidence in your approach to freelancing, help you build your portfolio, and gain the attention of prospective clients, and narrow your services so you do not become a Jack or Jill of all trades.
