Interview with Tiffany Parson, Technical Implementation Strategist
Tiffany, how long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Technical Implementation Strategist?
My background is information technology where I got my start programming back when websites were still being made using FrontPage and programming was a black screen with lime green text. I started Virtual Hired Hand in 2008 taking on various clients working a wide range of projects that freed them from the frustration on the technical side of their businesses.
What types of services does Virtual Hired Hand provide?
We provide three levels of packages for funnels:
“Lite” is for you if you need help getting your first webinar setup or you’ve done it before and realized they needed someone else to do the technical lifting. It includes a planning session and setup of everything from the landing page to delivery of your webinar access information to each registrant.
“Suite” is for you if you are hosting a FREE webinar that leads to your paid product. At this point, you are ready to hand off all of the technical aspects of your promotional webinar. It includes a planning session, setup of everything from the landing page to delivery of your webinar access information to each registrant, concluding with a ready sales process for the purchase and delivery of your paid product. It also includes a quick test session with you to ensure sound, slides, etc. as well as live support during your event in case registrants have any technical issues or need access information last minute or you need assistance with Q&A or the chat feature.
“Deluxe” is for you if you need even more than the Suite package provides in that it also includes segmentation of your list based on those who’ve attended the live webinar. Additionally, you’ll be provided with repurposed materials from the recording of your FREE webinar to be used as promotional items, social media posts, or blog posts.
We also provide three levels of packages for websites:
“Maintenance” is for you if you already have an existing website that you love and would like someone to maintain and make changes to various pages or add new elements to your website on a monthly basis.
“Essential” is for you if you know what you want on your website, however, you do not have a website. It’s also applicable if you are transitioning to a new format such as WordPress or Shopify. This level is perfect if you need a solid foundation to get started.
“Complete” is for you if you are looking to transition your website into WordPress or Shopify OR you’re starting from scratch, have a prepared free offer, initial blog posts and are stuck at the technology side of it. This level is perfect if you need the solid foundation and is ready to start building on it as soon as possible.
And if you need absolutely everything we also offer a FULL-Service Package!
I don’t see any ‘hourly’ packages? Do you work by the hour?
After being in this industry for nearly ten years, I’ve gained efficiency and systems for my processes making it a win-win for both of us. Not only do you know your project rate upfront, with no surprises, your project is turned around in a timely manner.
What are the benefits of working with you?
- You no longer have to think about all the technical things you don’t know how to do.
- You won’t panic the next time your business coach recommends something that sounds uber techie.
- You can get back to your first love, your business, the thing that makes you money.
Of course, there are way more benefits, this is just the start…I hope you’re breathing easy now!
Who are your ideal clients?
My ideal client is someone who is already selling their products/services. Someone who knows what they want although they may not know how to get it all done from a technical standpoint. Someone who’s ready to throw their laptop across the room if they have to create another funnel on their own.
I’ve worked with: Internet Marketers, Business Coaches, Fitness Coaches, Life Coaches, Dating Coaches, Alumni Associations, Churches, Real Estate Agents, Authors, and Speakers
How is Virtual Hired Hand different from other Virtual Assistant companies?
Since I have not worked with other VA companies personally, I’ll do my best to answer this. Firstly, I run and own the company. I work with a select number of clients on a monthly basis. Clients have appreciated the fact that while I am extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the technical aspects of business, I communicate with them in a way that’s easy to understand. In fact, where you’re fuzzy, I help clear it up and make things concise.
Just like you’re passionate and love what you do, the same goes for me and it shows in how I deliver topnotch customer service and care as we work together. I believe in developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
I’ve been described as “the real deal”, “amazing to work with”, and “jewel to work with”.
What types of online businesses or business owners are NOT ideal clients?
The person who is just getting started and deciding on what to provide product or service wise in their business. Someone who’s still trying to figure out the overall vision for their business. Someone who does not have the budget for my services. Or someone who does have the budget, however, is in a rush to get things completed due to a time crunch. Tight deadlines cause stress and frustration on both sides. Someone who needs lots of hand-holding during the entire process. I’ll walk you through everything, of course, just not while I’m in the midst of getting it all done. Trust you’ll know the exact plan because we start with creating one as well as receive regular updates.
If you’ve made it through this paragraph, and don’t see yourself…YAY!!!
What is the process to hire you, what is the next step?
I’m glad you asked 🙂 If you’re cool with everything you’ve read so far AND have read through it ALL, let’s get you scheduled for a 15-minute Get Acquainted Call to see if we’re a good match for each other. If you choose to come aboard, I’ll take you through the onboarding process so we can get started.
Can I contact some of your former clients to see what it’s like to work with you?
Absolutely! You’ll find testimonials here on my website. I can also provide you with a referral list.
OK, I’m ready to partner, but I have a couple of additional questions. Can I contact you?
